Open 24/7 and located just five km from Doha's city centre, the airport is used by more than 35 regional and international airlines. It is also home to the world’s only terminal dedicated to Qatar Airways First and Business Class passengers.
About Your Job:
Responsible for providing Hamad International Airport users with information on Qatar, the airports services and airlines services on flight timings, transport, reservations, hotel information etc.. Tasked with ensuring that all airport users receive a high standard of customer service from the information desk and are satisfied with the service they receive.
• Handling of multi products/services as required by the organization.
• Maintain liaison with all operational areas and keep abreast of policy and procedural changes.
High School Qualification (e.g. O level, Year 10, min compulsory education)
Minimum of one years experience within a customer facing role.
Speak and/or write in English
Experience of providing a high standard of customer service.
Speak a 2nd Language and/or write in Arabic.
Minimum 2 years relevant airport environment experience.
